This newly renovated beach house is situated waterfront on a large treed lot. The beach house is tastefully decorated with new indoor and outdoor furniture. A large deck overlooking the ocean contains a dining table and cushioned chairs as well as comfortable loungers and a smaller sheltered section. It is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or relax and enjoy the amazing sunset!

The spacious living room features a vaulted, pine ceiling and lots of comfortable seating from which you can enjoy the propane fireplace, watch satellite TV, or view the ocean through large patio doors and windows. There is also a dining area with a solid wooden table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen, includes a microwave, dishwasher, full-sized fridge and stove, and the barbecue is on a back deck just off the kitchen.

 

One bedroom on the ground floor has a queen size bed. Upstairs are three more bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, one with twin over double bunk beds and another with one twin bed. Port-a-crib available upon request.

 

There is a ground floor bathroom and a separate large shower with seat. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom with tub. All new towels and linens are provided. There is also a washer and dryer on the main floor.
