Rentals during peak season (e.g., June 25 - September 3, 2022) are from Saturday to Saturday only, at the rate of $2200 per week, including taxes and fees.

Off-season rentals are available for a minimum of three nights at the rate of $250 per night for the first three nights and $200 for each additional night, including taxes and fees.

A deposit of 50% of the reservation rate is due upon booking. Final payment plus a $500 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit will be refunded within one week of departure date, upon satisfactory inspection of property.

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date.

50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

​

Check in after 4:00 p.m. and check out before 10:00 a.m.

 

Maximum occupancy is 8 (max. 4 over the age of 12)

​

Minimum age of primary renter is 21.

​

No parties or events.

​

We do not allow pets.
